Invitation Only | Brothers Rugby Sunshine Coast
The Shadforth Junior Elite Development Program (JNR EDP) is an invitation-only academy for selected Brothers Rugby Sunshine Coast players U14’s–U18’s.
Built on the principles of the Brothers Brisbane Elite Development Program and tailored for the Sunshine Coast, the JNR EDP focuses on developing rugby skills, leadership, resilience, and community values. The program starts in February and will run across three main blocks – Foundation, Growth, and Resilience – and includes weekly academy sessions, age-appropriate strength & conditioning, leadership development and community engagement.
