U12 Girls 7’s, most of these girls have never played contact before so we always see some nerves and concerns initially. The girls are coached how to play safely, correctly and with a high level of energy. If you know this age group you will know what we say when we say fun, energetic and crazy.
U14’s

U14 Girls 7’s, a number of the players will have played two years of Sevens Rugby by now and are more confident with contact and positional play. Running into space, making tackles and supporting your team mates is a focus for this age group. Friday night fun and tons of laughter are what always comes to mind when thinking of our U14 Girls Sevens.
U16’s

U16 Girls 7’s, the girls are quick, confident and aware of the space around them on the field. Positional play and knowing that you will always have a team mate in support and on your shoulder. Great handling, technical skills along with the natural competitiveness makes these games great to watch. The comradery and friendship across the teams from all the clubs is something to be proud of and what Rugby is all about.
U18’s

U18 Girls 7’s is the pinnacle for the dedicated Girls 7’s program with the majority of girls having played multiple years of 7’s. The girls have great technical skills, are confident and aware of the space around them on the field. A number of the girls are starting to cross over into the Womens XV’s. The comradery and friendship across the teams from all the clubs is something to be proud of and what Rugby is all about.
